Health and Welfare Plans

HealthFlex, which offers a wellness-driven group health plan for United Methodist Church (UMC) annual conferences and employer groups.


Comprehensive Protection Plan (CPP), which provides death benefits, disability income replacement and certain other survivor benefits for eligible clergy and their families.


UMLifeOptions, which provides long-term disability and life coverage to eligible lay employees and supplemental death coverage for eligible clergy and lay employees.

The Center for Health Newsletter supports your path to well-being with useful personal wellness information. Also included are printable wellness bulletins for you to share with your congregation or other group.


2017 Clergy Well-Being Report

The Center for Health of Wespath Benefits and Investments released the 2017 Clergy Well-Being Survey Report with results of its United Methodist Church (UMC) clergy questionnaire identifying clergy health and well-being trends.



Health and Wellness Services and Programs

Wellness programs and information, UMC collaborations, and consultative services are offered to support individual health and create an environment conducive to well-being within the UMC.


Health Care Reform

In response to changes to health care laws and regulations, the Center for Health provides current information and consultative services about how the Affordable Care Act (ACA) may impact UMC annual conferences, local churches, employers, clergy and lay employees.
