Event Information

Wespath Benefits and Investments (Wespath) invites conference benefits officers and treasurers to attend the March 2017 Conference Forum.

The Conference Forum will begin on Thursday, March 16 and will conclude on Friday, March 17.

Forum attendees will:

  • Learn about enhancements to the retirement plans and services
  • Hear updates on the Affordable Care Act and trends in health plans
  • Receive an investments and economic update
  • Participate in two breakout sessions on topics of your particular interest
  • Network with other conference leaders across the denomination

A mini HealthFlex Summit will be hosted during lunch on Thursday, March 16. If you are a HealthFlex plan sponsor, please plan to enjoy lunch and hear updates on the healthcare program offerings at this time.

Wespath will pay for one person per plan sponsor to attend this event. Additional attendees are the responsibility of the plan sponsor.

The registration fee for additional attendees is $219.00 per person, which includes meals, breaks and event materials. Hotel rooms are $149.00 plus tax.

Travel Arrangements

Wespath will make your travel arrangements for this event (please reference the travel policy). Once you complete the registration process, a representative from Travel Leaders will contact you within 48 hours with travel options for consideration. An itinerary will then be provided to you based on your final arrangements.


Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday. A dinner voucher will be provided for Thursday night so you can enjoy area restaurants on your own. The opening reception on Wednesday night will provide light snacks and beverages so please plan to join us for this fellowship opportunity.


Wespath will pay for one person per plan sponsor to attend this event for Thursday, March 16 and Friday, March 17, unless otherwise approved by the Meeting and Event Planner. Hotel accommodations will be based on your registration form.

Ground Transportation/Directions

Casual dress is recommended for this event. Please be sure to dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms may vary.
