Glenview, IL — September 11, 2025 — Wespath today announces that Jennifer Seuring will join Wespath as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2025. Ms. Seuring will succeed outgoing Chief Financial and Strategy Officer (CFSO), Eileen Kane, when Eileen retires later this year.
Ms. Seuring brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic business finance, including nearly two decades at TIAA and Nuveen, where she held senior leadership roles across multiple business units. Her career has been defined by deep expertise in asset management, retirement product strategy, and the transformation of shared services functions. She has led finance teams supporting global investment platforms, driven organizational change, and partnered closely with business leaders to align financial strategy with long-term growth.

Ms. Seuring holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
