Want to Become Active? Looking to do More? These Exercises Can Help

The thought of starting—or adding to—an exercise routine can be daunting. If you haven’t been active in a while, you might be concerned that whatever you do will make you sore and sluggish. Plus, it can be hard to carve out time for yourself given all of your other responsibilities. Wespath’s Todd Creviston demonstrates a series of helpful mobility and stretching exercises for your hips and low back. The exercises are quick, don’t require any special equipment and can be used in many ways:

  • They can help you take the first steps in your well-being journey. These exercises can be performed to help you and your body get ready for a daily walk, for instance.
  • They can help you take the next steps in your well-being journey. These exercises can be performed before or in the middle of your walk or your favorite activity.
  • Pressed for time? These exercises can be your activity for the day.
