For Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois participants:
To find an in-network provider, log in to benefitsaccess.org and click Medical Benefits & Care Coordination. On the Care Coordination page, click Search under Search In-Network Providers, then Browse by Category and choose Behavioral Health. You can also call the Care Coordination number on the back of your HealthFlex ID Card.
