Well-Being Across Life's Dimensions

Well-being is central to how we care for ourselves and our communities. It influences how we show up in ministry, work, relationships and daily living. At Wespath, we believe well-being is a lifelong journey that involves nurturing five dimensions of life: physical, emotional, social, spiritual and financial. These dimensions are interconnected and influence each other.

Our approach is rooted in a long-standing Wesleyan tradition that embraces holistic stewardship: caring for mind, body and spirit as part of living a meaningful, purpose-driven life. While every person’s path is unique, we’re committed to offering well-being resources that support growth, resilience and balance in all areas of clergy well-being.

Physical Well-Being

The physical dimension of well-being forms the foundation for how we feel and function each day. It includes our energy levels, movement, nutrition, sleep and preventive care. Supporting physical well-being can help you stay active, maintain vitality and build long-term health habits that serve you throughout your life and ministry.
