Retirement Plan Services
Wespath administers retirement plans that help organizations support their employees’ long-term financial well-being.
- Personal Investment Plan (PIP) – a defined contribution plan available for Methodist-related plan sponsors and employees to offer their employees (clergy and staff).
- Compass Plan (Compass) – effective January 1, 2026, the mandatory retirement plan for full-time clergy serving The United Methodist Church. Compass is a defined contribution plan that includes professional investment management and flexible retirement income options.
