Personal Investment Plan (PIP)

PIP is a 403(b) retirement savings plan that allows employees to contribute before-tax, Roth and after-tax dollars to an individual account. Employers may also contribute to participant accounts to strengthen long-term retirement readiness.

Compass Retirement Plan

Compass is a 403(b) retirement savings plan designed for United Methodist church annual conferences with eligible appointed clergy participation, subject to conference guidelines. Clergy participants can make before-tax and Roth contributions through payroll deductions, and plan sponsors contribute to clergy accounts.
