Via Benefits is offered by plan sponsors to individuals and their dependents who are:

• Eligible for Medicare
• Retired or preparing for retirement
• Seeking help understanding and selecting Medicare supplemental coverage
• Covered by a plan sponsor or employer that participates in the Via Benefits program
