Client Operations Associate
Krystal joined Wespath in April 2014. As client operations associate, she is responsible for delivering operational support to institutional clients, and for enhancing internal processes and systems designed to support client needs for Wespath and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Krystal served as a plan sponsor manager within Wespath’s Customer Service division, where she was responsible for providing operational support to a variety of clients, including United Methodist annual conferences and general agencies. She received a bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies from DePaul University and has successfully completed the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Academy’s Responsible Investment Essentials course.
