Wespath Earns Award for 2026 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®

Glenview, IL – Wespath is proud to announce that it has been named one of the 2026 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®, a distinction awarded to organizations that demonstrate exceptional innovation in business practices and human resource strategies.
Based on employee survey results, this recognition highlights organizations where employees report strong engagement, support and inclusion in the workplace.
This milestone also marks a significant achievement for Wespath: 10 consecutive years of being recognized as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®, along with its 9th year receiving national recognition.

In the 2026 survey, Wespath exceeded many national benchmarks across nearly every category, demonstrating outstanding performance in key areas. These results reflect the percentage of Wespath employees who expressed satisfaction across each category:
- Leadership, Strategy, and Company Performance: 95.2%
- Community Initiatives and Corporate Responsibility: 93.3%
- Civility and Inclusion: 93.2%
- Creative Wellness and Wellbeing Solutions: 89.1%
- Employee Enrichment, Engagement, and Retention: 87.9%
- Recruitment and Selection: 82.2%
