Event Information

Wespath Benefits and Investments (Wespath) invites conference benefits officers and treasurers to attend the March 2017 Conference Forum.

The Conference Forum will begin on Thursday, March 16 and will conclude on Friday, March 17.

Forum attendees will:

  • Learn about enhancements to the retirement plans and services
  • Hear updates on the Affordable Care Act and trends in health plans
  • Continue discussion on General Conference 2016 legislation and implementation considerations
  • Receive an investments and economic update
  • Participate in two breakout sessions on topics of your particular interest
  • Network with other conference leaders across the denomination

Costs

Wespath will pay for one person per plan sponsor to attend this event. Additional attendees are the responsibility of the plan sponsor.

The registration fee for additional attendees is $159.00 per person, which includes meals, breaks and event materials. Hotel rooms are $159.00 plus tax.

Travel Arrangements

Wespath will make your travel arrangements for this event (please reference the travel policy). Once you complete the registration process, a representative from Travel Leaders will contact you within 48 hours with travel options for consideration. An itinerary will then be provided to you based on your final arrangements.

Meals

Lunch and dinner on Thursday, March 16 and breakfast on Friday March 17 will be provided.

Lodging

Wespath will pay for one person per plan sponsor to attend this event for Thursday, March 16 and Friday, March 17, unless otherwise approved by the Meeting and Event Planner. Hotel accommodations will be based on your registration form.

Ground Transportation/Directions

Attire

Casual dress is recommended for this event. Please be sure to dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms may vary.
