Clergy Financial Literacy Summit

The Clergy Financial Literacy Summit will take place April 4-6, 2017 in Northbrook, Illinois. Leaders from a cross-section of The United Methodist Church will delve into the topic of clergy personal financial health and literacy, which impacts clergy well-being and the congregation’s ability to experience a culture of generosity to fulfill the mission of the Church. Vital leadership faces both age-old and new challenges today!

The Clergy Financial Literacy Summit will include strategic and generative conversation with leadership from a cross-section of our Church about:

  • clergy financial literacy needs,
  • vital leadership demands today, and
  • the impact of healthy financial stewardship attitudes and practices on pastors and congregations.

Event and Registration Information

The summit begins on Tuesday, April 4 at 6:00 p.m. with dinner and a keynote address at the Northbrook Hilton. The summit concludes on Thursday, April 6 at noon.
